There is a theme generator for Windows Mobile 6.5.  Right now it only has the HTC Imagio and AT&T HTC Pure for selection.  Here is the link if you want to give it a try:

I tried it and its cool.  You can insert one of your own images for the background AND adjust the depth for a perfect fit with the slider.  You can select one of the preset colors OR from the complete color palette.  Its simple if you want a quick Theme and its a web based application.
