This will replace your current Windows Splash Screen. There are 12 different ones in the zip file, including one for the ladies. Each screen is in cab form for easy installation. Just choose the cab you want and copy it to your phone. Install it to your device and then soft reset. If you want to change the screen I suggest you uninstall the old one first just to be safe.
