In July of last year I decided to take all the research I had done on the Sprint Mogul (HTC PPC-6800) and create a website where others find a one-stop resource. In less than a year SprintMogul.net has grown to over 18,000 registered members. Anyone who is a member of that site will tell you it isn't just a resource, it's a community. Members take pride in being able to answer each other's questions and help people with problems.
Of course, time moves on and new Windows Mobile phones are released leaving phone-specific sites behind. We didn't want the wealth of knowledge that had been developed to go to waste, so Window Mobile Users (WMU) was born as an archive for past discussions and a place where the community can live on.
